Thesis SM UKI Virtual User Group
Our recent SM UKI Virtual User Group offered a valuable opportunity for institutions across the UK and Ireland to connect and collaborate. These sessions give our clients the chance to engage directly with peers and our team, exchange ideas, and share feedback that helps shape the future of Thesis SM.
During the latest discussion, we explored the purpose of the Client User Group, highlighted key developments on the product roadmap, and gathered insightful feedback on the Student Portal’s UI/UX.
Thesis QLS Virtual User Group
Our recent QL User Group brought together our vibrant community for a collaborative virtual session. These groups are designed as a space for clients to connect, align on shared goals, and engage in meaningful discussions around key QLS topics.
In this session, we introduced the Customer User Group, explored collective priorities, and opened the floor for valuable conversations that will help shape the future direction of QLS.
Thesis SM In-Person User Group
The in-person Thesis SM User Group in Dublin, kindly hosted by Dublin Business School, brought together institutions from across the UK, Ireland and Canada for two days of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
These gatherings give our clients the chance to engage directly with peers from other universities and colleges, exchange best practices, and share real-world experiences. They also provide an important forum to influence the future of Thesis SM - offering feedback on the Student Portal, shaping the product roadmap, and having open conversations with our product and leadership teams.

Our Thesis SM Canada User Group brings together institutions from across the country to collaborate, share ideas, and guide the platform’s evolution.
Recent sessions have focused on setting group goals, exploring the product roadmap, and exchanging feedback on the Student Portal UI/UX. Participants also reviewed portal feature requests, discussed the sponsor process in SM Admin and explored credit-transfer process improvements.
