EVENTS' HIGHLIGHTS

This year, we brought our Thesis SM community together across multiple fantastic user group events, each filled with insights, collaboration, and shared experiences.

2025 Event Hosted by Dublin Business School, Dublin, Ireland 15-16 July 2025

Our Thesis SM Annual In-Person User Event brings together colleagues from live and implementing clients from across the UK, Ireland and Canada for two days of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The event gives clients with our Thesis SM platform the opportunity to engage directly with peers from other universities and colleges, exchange best practices, and share real-world experiences. They also provide an important forum to influence the future strateic direction and product evolution of Thesis SM.

Across the two days in July, participants took part in product deep dives, strategy discussions, and hands-on feedback sessions, while also enjoying valuable networking opportunities. The 2025 sessions included Thesis SM strategic direction, the next stages of evolution of our cloud native infrastructure, a detailed product roadmap presentation, roadmap prioritisation workshops, best practices in the use of Thesis SM Utility Tool and Thesis SM Integration Platform, and Q&A with the Thesis SM Executive Leadership Team. We also had time to relax and enjoy informal networking at our Client Appreciation Dinner. The insight and energy throughout the event highlighted the strength of this community and the important role our clients play in guiding the next phase of Thesis SM.

Our 2026 Event is currently being planned for the summer and we are already looking forward to it.

Thesis QLS UK Virtual User Group

Product (14)

User Group Leader: Rhys Morgan (Engineering Manager, Thesis SM)

Our QLS UK User Group bring our community together for virtual sessions designed to keep institutions informed and connected around key sector developments. While clients already have dedicated channels to raise individual issues through Client Engagement, these sessions focus on providing a shared space to hear directly from statutory bodies such as UCAS, HESA, and the Department for Education.

They offer institutions the chance to understand upcoming changes and discuss their potential impact. We also use the User Group to highlight any key enhancements or updates within QL.

We also spend time looking ahead with roadmap discussions for future years. Each session ends with an open forum, giving attendees the chance to ask questions, share insights, and raise any institution-specific points that help strengthen our shared understanding.

Thesis SM User Community - Higher Education Success
COMMUNITY PORTAL

The Thesis SM Community Portal: Built for Clients, Powered by Collaboration

Thesis SM is more than a student information system, it’s a gateway to a thriving community of higher education professionals. When you implement Thesis SM, you gain exclusive access to a network of institutions, partners, and experts, all collaborating to reimagine what a modern SIS can achieve.

Our community portal supports every stage of your journey. Through user groups, roundtables, workshops, and online discussions, members share insights, tackle real-world challenges, and exchange solutions that deliver measurable impact on campuses. Implementation may take time, but with the community by your side, you have guidance, inspiration, and support every step of the way.

What makes our community portal truly unique is the collaborative spirit - it’s not just about adopting software, it’s about joining a movement that is actively shaping the future of the higher education sector .

Experience the difference of a platform designed for impact - and a community built to help you succeed.

Quality of the experience has been maintained through the communications and the support and the implementation team. Not only was the talk talked, but the walk is being walked!  We are living the experience of a totally transformed company. There was scope for growing with the company in the direction that the sector would wish to go in. What was excellent was the level of engagement from the very senior executive.

For me, it’s about using Thesis SM to demonstrate what’s possible and to showcase its capabilities to our stakeholders. Building small proofs of concept helps us move beyond old workarounds and rethink how we work. And being transparent about what Thesis SM can do has changed how people see the product’s role in supporting our processes.
